These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Chrome extensions, the website, accounts, and related digital services provided by Delistify.net (“Delistify”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Delistify provides Chrome extensions (such as Instagram Enhanced Player), product / tutorial pages, an account library, bug reporting, and may offer paid unlocks in the future. Chrome Web Store publication timing, third-party site behavior (including Instagram), and browser updates are outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Accounts
- Register with accurate information and keep your account secure.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Spam, abuse, or impersonation is prohibited.
3. Extensions
Extensions are provided “as is”. Features may break when target sites change their DOM or APIs. Developer (unpacked) installs are at your own risk. You may not reverse engineer, rebrand, or redistribute our extensions except where expressly licensed.
4. Payments (when offered)
Paid digital products may be sold on Delistify. Crypto payments process after network confirmation. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
5. Unacceptable use
- Attempting to overload, scrape abusively, or disrupt the site or APIs
- Malware, fraud, or other illegal activity
- Spamming bug or contact forms
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delistify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid in the three months before the claim (or zero if none).
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are posted on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
