This Privacy Policy explains how Delistify.net collects and uses personal data for Chrome extensions, accounts, and support.
1. Data we collect
- Account: name, email, password hash, session / Bearer tokens
- Product use: library / purchase records (if any), account fields related to extension access
- Support / bugs: messages you send, selected extension, optional screenshot / video uploads
- Payments (when used): provider IDs, amount, crypto currency, status — we do not store card numbers
- Technical: IP, browser type, security / anti-spam logs
2. How we use data
To run accounts, verify email, attach extension entitlements, review bug reports, manage payments, secure the site, and meet legal duties. Marketing emails only with clear consent.
3. Chrome extensions
Installed extensions (such as Instagram Enhanced Player, via Chrome Web Store or unpacked install) run in your browser.
- The extension only changes the DOM / video player UI on
instagram.compages. It does not read DMs, collect passwords, scrape the feed, or gather advertising IDs / ad profiles. - Stored on your device: preferences such as
enabled,speed, andvolume→chrome.storage.sync(your device / Google account). - Pro / login (when offered): the extension may call the Delistify API with your email or session only to check an entitlement (access unlock). Instagram video or content is not uploaded to Delistify servers.
- Third party: Instagram is operated by Meta; Meta’s privacy policy is separate and not controlled by Delistify.
- Children: the service is not directed at children. It is not intended for users under 13 or 16, depending on your region.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share data with processors needed to run the service (hosting, email, payments) and with authorities when legally required.
5. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal / operational reasons. On deletion requests we delete or anonymize within a reasonable period except where retention is required.
6. Security
We use CSRF protection, session / Bearer checks, prepared SQL, and upload type controls. No system is risk-free.
