Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid digital extension products and crypto payments on Delistify.net. Free extensions do not involve a charge.
1. General rule
Once digital access is delivered, payments are generally non-refundable. Confirmed crypto payments are irreversible on-chain; refund requests are reviewed case by case.
2. Cases that may qualify
- Duplicate payment for the same product
- Technical failure where payment was received but access never activated
- Refunds required by applicable law
3. Non-refundable cases
- Change of mind after access became available
- Temporary breakage caused by third-party site changes (e.g. Instagram UI)
- User error (wrong network / crypto)
- Accounts suspended for Terms violations
4. Request window & process
Email [email protected] within 14 days of payment confirmation with order / transaction ID and a short explanation. Reviews typically take 3–10 business days. If approved, refunds go via the original crypto path when possible; network fees may be deducted.
